To qualify for exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

Size exchange is allowed subject to availability.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and product photos.

Sale or promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable, except where the product received is defective or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, shapewear, and certain accessories cannot be exchanged.
