We offer express and fast delivery all over Pakistan, with an average delivery time of 1 to 4 working days.
All sales are final, and refunds are not available.
You may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase, along with the original sales receipt and original CODE packaging.
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
We offer a hassle-free size exchange if there is any size issue, subject to product availability and exchange eligibility.
Used, damaged, washed, altered, or misused items will not be accepted for exchange.
If an item’s price is reduced due to a sale or promotion, the exchange will be processed according to the new marked-down price.
Any claim for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.
Exchanges are not available during sale or promotional periods.
Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
